To consider your efforts “as prescribed”, the RDLs must be performed when standing atop a 45 lb. plate and the plates of your barbell must touch the floor each rep. Coaches will discuss the nuances of the RDL in class. No athlete is to extend their loads beyond the prescribed men’s weight.
