In groups of 3, perform 5 rounds for time of:
21 Back squats (135#/95#)
Back squats must be performed with one bar, where the bar only touches the ground in between sets. The two people waiting to squat must do 5 air squats before switching lifters. Lifters can do either low bar or high bar back squats. Lifting cannot begin each round until all members of the group have returned from the run.
