Russian lunge steps with a 35/26 lb kettlebell
A russian lunge is a walking lunge holding a kettlebell at chest level, where you twist your trunk towards the forward leg at the bottom of the lunge and then back forward before standing. KB cleans are the one-arm version, perform half of each rep count with each arm (e.g. 25 each arm on the set of 50).
