Weighted pushups 3×5, then:
30-20-10 reps of:
Wallball
Knees to elbows
Weighted pushups are performed in pairs, where one person gets in position while the other places a bumper plat on his/her back. Perform a few warmup sets to work up to a weight where you can do 5 reps without going to failure, and do 3 sets at that weight.
