Great job to everyone who participated in the CrossFit Total this week! Pretty much everyone who lifted made a PR (Personal Record) on at least one lift, some making big gains only a week after finding their max weight in the lifts. The CrossFit Total will likely be completed once a quarter, so if one of your goals for the first quarter is to increase strength, this is a perfect way to measure your performance!
