This Saturday the 30th at 12pm we’re hosting a workout for all the area CrossFitters who are entering the sectionals competition of the CrossFit Games to see how they stack up and get some good competition. If you’d like to see where a few years of dedicated CrossFitting can get you feel free to join us as a spectator. Having trained with some of the athletes who will be attending I can guarantee it’ll be an impressive competition.

Get it as a “Bol” (no tortilla), nix the rice and beans, double the meat, and add double fajita vegetables to save about 82g of carbs and 520 calories.
