Work up to a 1 rep max Clean, then:
Do 1 Dumbell clean and run 1 width of the gym the first minute, 2 DB cleans and 2 widths of the gym the 2nd minute, increasing each minute until you can’t complete the designated amount of reps in a minute. Post load and number of minutes completed.
