Important Schedule Changes – We’re adding 6am classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays starting this week, along with a Friday class time @ 5pm. This week will be our last Sunday class as well while we’re in the Rec Center. We’re considering adding a Monday & Wednesday class @ 5pm but want to make sure there’s enough demand for these times.
