I was introduced to Crossfit in 2011. A close friend convinced a few of my friends and I to do a CrossFit Bootcamp. I was completely out of shape and about 50lbs overweight, I could barely do a sit up. I hated it at first and probably wouldn’t have gone back if it wasn’t for the people I was doing it with. The community is what kept me coming back and eventually, I fell in love with it!
I Crossfit because… I’ve tried all kinds of gyms and CrossFit is always pushing me on to another level, making me work my hardest, and doing things I never thought I could do. CrossFit by far is superior to any other workout there is!
The Community is also a big part of CrossFit for me. Every CrossFit I’ve ever been to has always made sure I feel welcomed and have a place there, and we’ve got one of the best communities at Minneapolis + St. Paul!
